so the plot is that this guy is an OB/GYN, and has a crush on an idol
The idol comes into his office pregnant and married to a fat slob
He is depressed as fuck over this, and dies carelessly (suicide-lite)
he's then reborn as one of the idol's twin girls when she gives birth

The story is already bogged down at this point, I'm glad Aka wants to end it
I just hope he doesn't open a million sidestories before he does
