This season is really lean in general

especially if you take out sequels

at the moment Fruits Basket might be the best show

the politics is the interesting part

Kaguya's family drama is interesting, because she's a weak-willed person deep down, beneath everything she's built on top of it

Which is why those family arcs work

I don't care about Hisaka, I don't care that she's happy, if she's not going to get on board the train with everyone else

let her just fuck right off out of the story

Mino and ishagami are fun

Chisaka is fun

Kaguya acting in her absence will be a good result of the current arc

Ishigami's telegraphed love triangle arc is dumb

I like him as a supporting character, I think he brings a different type of levity than Chika does

there is no effort put into the senpai as a love interest anymore so its obvious who he will end up with

but I'm not going to say his stupid crush is interesting

he's the comedic straight man
