Max and I dug into this before, they have a weird vision for the site
Rabbit always struck me as a company thats plan was to just bankrolled the site until amazon or google tried to aquire them
And it never happened so they make it progressively worse to kill the userbase for server cost reduction
Remember though Max
their pitch was that weird 24/7 livestreaming
where people would just constantly be streaming their face
as some kind of weird social network
that's retarded
(also, there is an open source alternative to parts of it)
it's just not very elegant
