Oh, there's a recommendation tab, but what I use the most is when I follow someone new, it pops up reccomended accounts to check out
If you follow someone while viewing an image it does kinda shit on the "other people you may like popup"
If you follow someone from their home profile it does better
Ironically, I don't use Pixiv for viewing images as much
I scrape all my follows and view shit locally
