So there's nowhere near enough material to fill 24 episode seasons
Index/Railgun, and Shana were JC Staff's two biggest series
They were ridiculously popular, which is part of why it's so weird only now are they putting out a S3 of Index
Railgun II getting an anime was weird enough, 5 years ago
Because the series has kind of slipped from relevancy, even if it does still sell extremely well for what it is
