I consider the other shows I have watched when I give a show a score

if I know I gave something a score and I did not enjoy it as much as that thing, I give it a lower score

you should rate everything based on pingu in the city

and use pingu in the city as a base of 0

and everything goes higher or lower based on how you feel about it compared to that
