Runs on anything, ~5GB for the entire game
I don't know if I can make these instructions any clearer:

1) Download the linked folder from Google Drive(this is my drive, and I've tested the files)
2) Click Setup.exe
3) Just keep clicking next(the one with the arrow), 
3.1) If you want to change the game directory or click checkboxes you can, you won't mess anything up, the game can be uninstalled easily later regardless
4) Just keep clicking next
5) If you can't handle the chiptune, there is a mute icon on the left side of the installer (looks like a music note)
6) Once it's done installing, click finish and the installer will close

7) You can now click the shortcut on your desktop to play, you can change options by clicking "configure". 
8) I recomend playing in window mode, and setting the text speed a notch or two higher than default.
9) The game starts by explaining how to save, and will prompt you throughout the game when you are at a save point.
10) Play game

Controls: 
Right-click - Menu 
Left-click/Enter/Spacebar - Advance text
Mouse-wheel - rewind text
Holding ctrl - skip previously read text.
