Man, devilman really went to shit
How was the 1972 anime able to realize that the second half of the source material manga was shit, and adjust accordingly,
But not Netflix's 2018 anime?
The first half of the show feels radically different than the second half
Tons of minor/secondary characters are just shoved aside(likely to fit the show in 10 eps)
And the ending is rushed at best, but that's being generous
It's highly faithful to the manga which is what's odd
I just think it's a shit story
Not a bad show or anything, if you like the style
