After being separated from each other for 6 years since the death of their parents, fraternal twins Akito Himonokouji (brother) and Akiko Himonokouji (sister) had finally reunited together again during the holidays thanks to some planning from Akito, despite objections from both of their adoption families.

Being happy that Akito had fulfilled his promise to be with her again, Akiko confessed readily that she had incestuous love in Akito, and will not hesitate to do anything to win the love of Akito. Akito however does not harbor the same feeling for Akiko, and as a result had a headache with Akiko’s actions.

Despite all these, he still loves Akiko as a sister, and finds her adorable and cute, especially when he had not seen her since she was 10 years old.

Watching 3 minutes into this series is enough to explain for myself. I can't laugh to this comedy because its in attempt to mock anime in general. I do not find it remotely funny and had to certainly cleanse my eyes while watching this. Having watched over 500 anime series I have never come across one I disliked. Well this is not anime, that's the softest way to put it. Not because of the graphics, or because of the non-matching voices , neither due to the bad comedy but simply because it lacks the essence of what is anime. I can guarantee anyone who thinks otherwise to this series clearly does not know what this essence is. 

Rather upbeat opening song and animation makes it out to be a fairly typical slice of life or similar. It is not.

It quickly morphs into something apparently animated in MS Paint, and is essentially Youtube Poop: The Anime, consisting of multiple short skits of generally a few seconds each that appear to be attempting something akin to humour - there is certainly nothing approaching a plot, continuity, or indeed even basic rationality. Rather like if you sped up the pacing and cut out all the jokes in Robot Chicken, as acted by characters from South Park.

It is possible entertainment may be discovered here, for those with the fortitude to search for it. Certainly there are plenty of references to other franchises, in the sense that they appear prominently on-screen and appear to desire recognition purely for providing that chance at recognition. By doing so, you might indeed be reminded of a series with actual entertainment value you could instead be watching. I'd hesitate to even call them a parody, as they are at the level of kicking over a garbage can containing a green creature and declaring it a parody of Sesame Street.
