I think the only times we've done things that make the server unusuable is the fire birthday theme where we shuffled all the channels, and the few times everyone had the same username and colour

Yeah no, having such a small sample size definitely skews your perception, but order changes are a fairly rare occurrence. Theme changes are autistically high this year though
