So I got there, filled in the form, and gave it to the clerk and got the "initial permit", so now I have to schedule an appt for the knowledge test
All because New Jersey wants to make it difficult for no reason
You fill in a catch all form for photo id, permits, and one other thing I forget what it is, and then they give you what they call the "initial permit" which allows you to take the knowledge test. Once you pass the knowledge test you can get the proper learner's permit, and then it's a required 3 month wait before I ca
