This SR is pretty good at showing up for proper training consistently if you have it

I like to run 2 wit, because you get more energy return im pretty sure. So instead of resting you can opt to do a 2x or 3x wit and it will still passively pad your speed

A ranks arent even certain to be good, you should just do Speed/Wit stacking if you arent already. It did take me a few tries for friendships to rng well enough
