Played Dota 2 ranked to calibrate my MMR in hopes of finding pubs faster. Why is everyone spanish in low MMR? If I climb does it become more or less spanish?

I went to the movie and have not watched the show. There was so much exposition crammed into the 2.5 hours that it didnt even matter. Visually neat though. Gent I know the ending of demon slayer and have watched none of the show
