If you count Mega or Primals, then Groudons is good too with the black and yellow.
I think he and Ho-Oh have the best legendary shiny colors.

None of the gen 4 legends got anything special, except arceus
Even Solgaleo and Lunala got new forms too.
Rayquaza got a new form along with Groudon and Kyogre, Reshi and Zek got new forms too and a lot of content, even Kyurem got an uplift. Giratina didn't get anything in Legends or Brilliant Diamond Shining Pearl.

The only official art I remember of Giratina are movie posters, which are Origin form, then there's the distortion world art, and then this one, all are Origin as far as I remember.
