Absolutely that. I was looking for a list of Pokemon with mustaches and found that entry on the wiki. Old man Willikers and Snorlax with a drawn on mustache caught my attention.

I’m saying something. I stumbled upon the wiki for this place and I said “I am so confused, how do I find out more”
