i used to be the kind of guy who would build farms and got so fucking tired of doing that

the worst part of the game for me is when i want enchantments but all the regular ways to get exp are too slow and i get bored of the game

i don't care that the try-hards will keep finding ways to try-hard, i just wish it was viable for those who don't to earn xp relatively as quickly or fast enough to not kill the momentum

only for their drops, if that's what you want, but not xp

there shouldn't be a need for them

mob farms should just not even exist imo

not really the point of what i'm saying but ok

and leaves those who don't in the dust

the problem is that no matter what they end up doing, it will always reward the try-hards with their farms

that does not solve the grindy aspect of earning xp

minecraft should give less grindy more fun alternatives to gaining exp
