It really bothers me whenever they don't draw the eyes of characters in Re:Zero. First time it happened in the show Emilia started to bleed through the mouth and then died. So whenever I see them not draw eyes on a first watch I go through a heart attack, as I expect the characters to suffer aneurisms.

Because the manga only went up to the first half of the light novel before being cancelled, and the translator saw that fact, he stopped translating it
