I've only read the Re:Zero ones and only because I really wanted to continue from the anime, which takes too long. Honestly, I prefer the LNs to the anime now. I like reading as a medium more.

Regarding web novels, I've been reading The Wandering Inn. I wouldn't really recommend it just because of how stupidly long it is, it's very difficult to get in to, but it's a very good story.

Anyway I would highly NOT recommend Kingkiller chronicles only because they will literally never be finished. I can't stand unfinished stories. They're really good otherwise.

If you're talking fantasy, it may be boring at times, but I HIGHLY recommend Wheel of Time.

I'm very mixed on Sanderson now. I've read all of his books and really liked them, but the most recetn Stormlight Archive was... less than stellar.
