I'd recommend Nine Sols, I thought it was really good. Very fun combat system. Exploration was a bit more lacking compared to others in the genre though.

After Hollow Kngiht, a million indie metroidvanias started releasing, so I just can't see how Silksong can compete now, even if it is incredible.

In terms of Hermits, Scar has grown on me the most. I used to hate him in the Life series, but his Hermitcraft videos are actually quite good.

Martyn is actually a member of the Yogscast, whom I used to watch forever ago. Pretty sure he still is, but the Yogscast as a whole don't seem to do events with everyone together anymore.

Terrible at roleplay and extremely chaotic. He's been a bit better this season, but a lot of the life seasons just devolve into Martyn running around killing people, burning things down, etc. It's just a bit annoying.
