Looking at the source code for the urealms homepage, the site isn't taken down, he just either has it redirecting the index to a noindex, or he copy-pasted the HTML from a noindex and pasted it to the site's index.

I thought it would be because of BIOS files, but they have PSX and PSP emulators on Steam.

Would there be a specific reason why Retroarch supports a lot more emulators than they have as DLC on Steam?

However, the "Online Updater" button you can use to download emulators isn't in the Steam version, only the version you download from the website; on the Steam version, you have to use the emulator
