you have to wipe all your progress

and then if you want to reload from any chapter in one of the 4 characters story

as all the four routes act as their own saves

and it changes the difficulty of all the routes you have

in your intended difficulty

you redo the prologue of the game

at the "hub area"

then if you want to change your difficulty

when you start the game you select classic/casual and hard/normal

okay its super autistic Spooky Phijkchu there's got to be at least classic/casual right
