Genuinely all art and all referneces of cycling road are a bridge, it's not meant to be grassland. For nugget bridge LGPE shows the perspecitve properly (even if its stupid))

because they actually looked at the art of kanto and considered the limitations of the time instead of 1:1 sloppily importing tiles

thats why HGSS is more accurate

FRLG took the tiles 1:1 without considering the limitations
