I finished Blue Archive, it's a high 6/10 for me. I wouldn't recommend the anime to anyone but I didn't hate it. The later set of episodes were more enjoyable then the first set of episodes.

I'm interested in reading it. You seem like you aren't 100% against the adaptation which is what I like when talking to people who have seen the source. I plan on watching episode 12 today.

You should check out this called In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki, it features a different group of girls singing and ED for every episode when half the episode was about them. It all culminates into a grand ED where every group gets together to sing a grand song about the village.
