My best guess is that he saw that Hillary beat Trump by 8 points there in 2016, saw that Gary Johnson got nine points in the state, because I think he used to be the governor there...and then just added 9 points to Trump because Gary Johnson isn't running. Making it 49-48, if Biden got exactly as many votes as Clinton

I don't know why this guy thinks New Mexico is a toss-up, or why Trump will win like he put on his old map.
