I almost never waste even a singular AP from my bar getting full

I probably used it for Apocrypha raid grinding, but not all that intensely

But aside from that I use all my AP every day and have used it probably > 95% of the time

I used it for most of my Gilfest grind (~150 boxes), but did not use it at all for Christmas grind (~200 boxes) Lute I guess redditmod could have used it for lotto grind but still (edited)
