Keep in mind we did have good fun messing with the genuinely mentally disabled that they kept inserting in to classroom environments (they loved doing that for art class) But for courses like math or fucking chemistry for some reason, no thanks.

Stoners and fuckups, what ever, as long as someone is quiet and there, that is good enough. The actually mentally disabled and violent erruptors just made class worse to learn in for everyone.

Idk about prison school, but I do think there is no point of having genuinely retarded people in the school, even if they are in a special ed class. Especially because the school system will take people who function at a 6 year old level and try to integrate them in to normal classes.
