i mean, most of his popularity is not from his content

its just if hes justified in doing it or not

i mean making a copyright claim is something a small youtuber could do

i mean, every time someone is in a controversy there are people that will defend them

because it could have a very bad impact on twitch

alot of people are worried about that

like right now, with XQC and the olympics stuff

but for the dmca thing, im sure if a youtuber were to give a streamer a copyright strike, and it showed that the content that they claimed was literally the streamer making 0 contribution or whatever bla bla fair use stuff, im pretty sure MOST people would probably be okay with it

but there are people in there that find it fun to post in chat and stuff
