a bunch of servers moved to Stoat, the rest moved to matrix
and I only picked Cinny because it allows for the rigid channel structure (which we like)

Everything is E2E encrypted, there's some cool stuff I setup for notary keys and whatnot, since Matrix isn't pure fedi and doesn't do traditional peering
