I liked her better in DS3
that's not true, I guess I played 3 through properly when I did the DLC
DS2 and 3 I was always hung up on never leveling up
DS1 is the only souls game I think I played properly
but I want to to run better

I want the weightyness of DS1
it's the engine
it's not the DS3 mechanics
but it seems like a lot of effort, to remake the lesser known cousin of a franchise

I'm not sure what the Daemon Souls remake is cashing in on

DS2 and DS3 added so many mechanics
which don't matter at all
the og game is arguably better than the remaster, still
I kind of wish they went further for the DS1 remaster, though I guess they're saving that for a real "remake" in ~5 years
