Also my complaint about 3 though is the number of water pokemon and lack of a complete pokedex system, but it did some stuff I liked as well

First 4 Gens are good. Gen 5 isn't my flavor, but then on it is subpar. My only complaint about gens 2 & 3 are how every caps out pretty hard into the 40s for the most part for the main portionnof the game Phijkchu_Pikachu Gen 3 hate when the last 4 generations of pokemon existed (edited)

Combat was funnest (imo) when downs were dangerous to a wipe because of running out of stamina, but if you got up you risked a deathroll & they'd mount the more you went down. With the rare coinflip deathrolls on some shit that deals fuck off damage

Also scale of numbers blew up and combat meant nothing

I remember when the guys would do their side streams to just lore build or build their characters a bit while it seemed legit. Rob put way too much investment and drugs up his nose to focus it on a story. Early season 2 was still peak of the show along with later season 1

At the core of it being a deadly, but also deadly simple ttrpg is what made it fun. The show was fucking awesome for awhile because it was friends having fun. At least perceptively at first Spooky Phijkchu There's also a fair number of people who just liked URealms

It lost heart. I liked sections of it amd the overarching sort of story going on, but it got muddled by too much META bullshit and any feel left that it wasn't a railroaded story Phijkchu_Pikachu I was esentially entirely positive about the first two seasons

It may be a simple burnt bridge or just losing contact. They used to just hangout every year. Crendor is just well adjusted too so maybe Rob's crashout just made distance
