14-15c is peak sleeping temperature with a warm blanket

For example though, dunno if it’ll get as cold in this room but I usually kept my radiator off even in winter

Still helps, just not as much as I wish

I have an ac unit but it’s not nearly as effective in my new room

So the cold air makes me sleepy I guess
