this is the best episode in a while. I really hope they do what's coming justice. we are about to get to get peak slime

watched the episode. this is an ln spoiler. but small/indirect ah yes, this is the most complex thing in slime, probably won't be explained for a while, or next episode idk. but it's pretty satisfying, and the anime has taken extra liberties to make this whole plot thread even more satisfying. its also this or one other option which assume spooky was talking about. regardless can't wait to attempt to explain what's going on when it's less spoilery

the movies are at least wirrten in away that the complement and dont interfere with the cannon, at least so far. and the novels love switching perspectives and position in timeline like every chapter. so movies can so easily become cannon

agree with all of this, yeah same Phijkchu_Pikachu Mint, that movie is so funny to me, I do not give a shit about the second half, but I actually genuinely did like the first half as a "Gobta goes on dates and got a girlfriend" slice of life movie

the other ones were more cannon if not fully cannon. this one is not, at least not so far

right, so even if we started collecting gourds beyond the ones needed to beat the game first time around, we never would have been able to do anything with them, never would have been able to fill a room with just those excess regular gourds

so collecting extra gourds was pointless until after beating the game, then you could use those in combo with purple gourds to complete the postgame

so could we have completed the green room without purple gourds?
