Uh, DRP (Deferred Resignation Program) was the RIF (Reduction in Force) Trump did earlier this year to the entire federal government where people would be paid through to September. And a lot of people took that.

Looks like the US government shutdown is particularly strong because most of NAVSEA and others had their NWCF (Navy Working Capital Fund) used to fund the DRP. Sorry a bit late, but new math was an update to arithmetic in the 1960s that everyone hated but it's the current method we use today. The change helped us lead into set theory better.
