started reading the apothecary diaries ln series recently, pretty good. good translation from jnovel club, always enjoy the translator's notes (edited)
And right now I'm reading the short stories by Algernon Blackwood like The Willows and The Wendigo. I think those are the most popular short stories.
I editorialized it for sure, but that's the gist of what happens. He interviews hookers, homeless people, drug addicts, etc. in the worst of the worst places and asks general questions like what you want in life and what your plans are.
I read the book Dignity: https://www.amazon.com/Dignity-Seeking-Respect-Back-America/dp/0525534733 It's a brutal book about the towns in middle America that got completely destroyed by the east/west coasts once the factories and mills got off-shored to be a little cheaper.
If I have a reason to, I will. Like there was a French grandma flying from Seattle to Boston and she pulled out a map of the UP of Michigan and I got very, very confused. She said the Great Lakes are famous in France and she wanted to see them, but I don't know if I believe that they are famous

I got them confused lol. The gamma function is a part of the gamma distribution and the gamma distribution is used to represent normal distribution data that's had the Fourier transform performed on it, at least that's when I see it used. But if you don't scale it, it's just chi-squared.
