Same thing, it's a non-driver's government ID. State issued Phijkchu_Pikachu I don't drive so I have a photo ID card that you can get if you do not have a drivers liscence

I don't understand the issue with showing an ID before you vote too, I dunno, you need to show ID for a driver's license and to get into a bar. I thought you always had to show ID.
