at least spikes don't instakill unlike Heretic TinyBomby there's some times where the lighting is low and you just have to blind fall, but there's a pit of spikes below you. I guess I need to slowly hover down EVERY pit I see and prepare for spikes, but it gets annoying having to be to careful.
