My name is Muhammad Shafique, and this is my story related to higher research and development in Ontario (ON). The ON government destroyed my career, health, and family to cover up a financial scandal. In April 2014, I discovered a research funding scandal involving nearly C$5,000,000 while pursuing a PhD at the School of Computer Science, the University of Waterloo (UW or the University), Waterloo, ON. To cover up the scandal, UW required me to withdraw and leave. A slow-poisoning biochemical was used for my intellectual deterioration to achieve the objective, which eventually destroyed my cardiac health. Healthcare professionals did not provide the required healthcare and documented false diagnoses.
In October 2016, I travelled to Pakistan for medical treatment and legal help. An undercover intelligence agency was hired in Pakistan to stop my medical treatment and counter efforts for legal assistance. Doctors made false diagnoses, while lawyers provided no help. I arranged funds, but no lawyer in Canada helped me against UW. My wife was framed and filmed while committing adultery. She became the instrument of UW and the ON government for my surveillance and to slow-poison me to destroy my mental health. In October 2022, I filed for divorce in Canada to save my two children, but no family lawyer helped me. The divorce proceeding was abused to get me declared mentally disabled and award sole decision-making (sole custody) of the children to my ex-wife. The ON government used the staff of the courts for cascaded abuse of judicial processes.
In 2023, I filed a petition with the Supreme Court of Pakistan under the human rights laws to get access to an important document to prove that the governments of Canada, Ontario, and UW destroyed my career, health, and family. They abused the judicial process in Pakistan as well with the help of the top intelligence agency of the Armed Forces, named Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). The governments of Canada and Ontario pledged nearly one hundred million dollars to ISI for its services (details below).
After spending more than two years in Pakistan in judicial struggle, I returned to Waterloo, Canada on March 29, 2025, to resume judicial proceedings. I face BAC attacks in Waterloo by students, and elders. I am doing public protest in Waterloo to get access to the justice system.
The hearing date of a motion with the Family Court of Brampton ON has been set (May 22, 2025), where I will request the Court to reverse its order of declaring me mentally disabled. Proving in the Family Court that I have auditory disorders and an impaired brain is the goal of the implicit adversaries in the upcoming motion. If they succeed, more serious biochemical attacks will be conducted on my brain to stop me from resuming the lawsuit against UW.
Biochemicals were used to break my teeth, remove my hair, produce wrinkles on the face and circles around the eyes, and for muscle atrophy to prove I aged fast due to several health issues and an unhealthy lifestyle. I never had any considerable health issues and lived an active, healthy life. I have been unemployed for quite a long time and am currently struggling to find accommodation and work in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, as I could not sell my assets in Pakistan to generate funds. I am conducting public protests on University Ave in Waterloo. Below are some details of this story for interested readers. Please read till the end.

1. I have been a resident of Ontario since 2008. I was a PhD student at the School of Computer Science, UW, when I discovered and reported a misuse of nearly C$5,000,000 in research funds (the scandal) in April 2014. I refused to work with my supervisors who were not even regular employees of UW. No investigation was done. A new supervisor was assigned to fail me in my research before asking me to leave UW. In addition, UW and the ON government injected a biochemical, which I call Bi-Agent Chemicals (BAC), into my body for intellectual deterioration.
2. BAC are slow poisons that work as a combination of two chemicals. The first chemical is injected into the body of the target person only. This can be done with food or drink. The second chemical (or set of chemicals) is normally released through the air to react with the first agent already present in the target person to create desired health effects in his/her body without affecting non-target humans. BAC can create multiple health effects simultaneously, enter diseases, and expedite harmful yet natural-looking chemical reactions in the target body for slow or rapid damage.
3. After injecting the first agent, the second BAC agents were injected into my body during work in the UW office to lower the heart pulse and the oxygen flow to the brain. It was done for intellectual deterioration to stop me from doing research work before asking to leave the University as per policies and guidelines. My cardiac health has been destroyed, and the hair in the skull and beard turned grey in a few months. I started having shortness of breath and chest pain before being diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety in early 2016.
4. In February 2016, UW learned that it had destroyed my cardiac health. A cover-up process started. I visited the emergency department at hospitals, where I was traced through the computerized health system to stop the diagnosis and treatment of my health issues. UW unlawfully terminated my enrollment in August 2016. In September 2016, I visited the emergency department of a hospital after bearing chest pains for multiple days, but got no treatment. False and misleading medical reports were prepared to prove that I had an unhealthy lifestyle, hypertension, elevated triglycerides, metabolic disorders, and was overweight. I did not have these issues. BAC has weakened my heart muscle, and it does not pump enough oxygen to the body (a medical condition called cardiomyopathy). In October 2016, I travelled to Pakistan for medical treatment and to get legal assistance.
5. The ON government and UW hired an undercover intelligence agency (the Agency) in Pakistan to stop me from getting medical treatment and legal help. The Agency was operated by the former Chief of the Army Staff, General (R) Pervaiz Musharraf. It installed invisible cameras in my family home and my bedroom for surveillance and to inject BAC. It used my siblings, in-laws, and others to create false evidence that I had unhealthy eating habits and hypertension. The cardiologists made false diagnoses of my health issues, while the lawyers refused to help. I secretly visited a psychologist in Pakistan and gained some health. Thanks to the uncomputerized health system of Pakistan. I was unaware that I was a heart patient, as no health professional told me that. My family and I returned to Canada in November 2017 and settled in Brampton. The ON government installed invisible cameras on our premises, cell phones and electronic devices were hacked, and a tracker was installed in my car. The ON government had decided to make me mentally and physically disabled to cover up the scandal and my health damage.
6. My original health records were replaced with fake ones in my bedroom in early 2018. The fake health records show that I had health issues, including pain and liquid buildup in the abdomen, nose bleeding, masses, difficulty swallowing, bad breath, heartburn, vomiting blood, gastritis, GERD, and jaundice. It was mentioned that I refused to take any medications and paid less attention to the doctor’s instructions. A false blood test indicated that my body tissues were getting insufficient oxygen. Later on, fake health records were tactically placed in my medical file with a family doctor before referring me to a cardiologist for a cardiac health assessment in August 2018. Multiple tests, including a nuclear renal scan, were conducted without information and sharing results. It was done to cover up my past and future health damages. My cardiac health has been evaluated more than once in Canada without informing me about the outcomes. When my cardiac health further deteriorated, medications were prescribed to use their side effects to cover up the cardiac health symptoms. I returned my health card to the ON government in September 2020 to avoid more false diagnoses.
7. I arranged funds from Pakistan to hire a lawyer in Canada to file a lawsuit against UW, but no lawyer agreed to represent me. Chest pain started due to the pressure I was forced to face. I filed a lawsuit as a self-represented against UW in May 2018. I had no law background and struggled to understand the law and the procedures. I tried multiple times to file a motion with the Superior Court of Justice Kitchener ON for judicial direction but the staff raised objections. They refused to file my motion papers when no objections were left. My poor physical and mental health and no law background gave every benefit to UW. It succeeded in striking the claim through fraudulent misrepresentations and by filing a false affidavit. My motions for leave to appeal were dismissed by the Divisional Court in Toronto because UW succeeded in getting a deficient order issued by the lower court. It was another fraudulent conduct of UW in the appeal process. In November 2019, I tried to bring a motion for judicial direction in the Divisional Court of Toronto to move the matter further, but the Court staff refused to provide me with a motion hearing date. I decided to go public.
8. In January 2019, my wife started an English language course at Sheridan College in Brampton, ON. The ON government installed two females (Gurjeet & Sukhjeet) from the Sikh community and an international Muslim male student named Mr. Samet from Turkey. My wife joined their group to do assignments. A situation was framed to stimulate my wife to have an extramarital relationship with Mr. Samet. She committed adultery with him, and a video of the event was made by the ON government around April 2019. The Agency (in Pakistan, para. 5) showed the video to my siblings and in-laws to force my wife to obey the ON government to stop the video from going public.
9. When I decided to go public, the ON government used my wife to inject BAC to hijack the whole of my body to generate certain health symptoms (para. 6) before entering real diseases. The main target was my brain. BAC devices were installed in the water and heat supply systems of the basement where we lived. Several attacks were conducted to drain nutrients and prove that I had a weak immune system. Symptoms of metabolic disorders were emulated using BAC. Around September 2020, more than 7 kg of belly fat was added in 14 to 16 days during sleep. This made me overweight and obese for the first time in my life. Afterwards, fats were slowly added on the back, back of the shoulders, buttocks, elbows, under the belly button area, armpits, ribs, chest, neck, abdomen, forearms, and thighs using BAC. Fats on the waistlines are an indicator of metabolic syndrome, obesity, visceral fat, and a sedentary lifestyle. In March 2021, the ON government started executing symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) to establish that I had an inflamed colon. BAC were used to execute symptoms of fructose, lactose, and gluten intolerance to add fats and toxins in the body and the brain. BAC were used for muscle loss (atrophy) to prove that I have issues with weakening or shrinking muscles.
10. The restaurants started adding excessive oil and fats to my meal boxes in the presence of other customers to make them witnesses against me. BAC were used to enter the real diseases after executing the symptoms for more than 2 years. On July 2, 2022, biological evidence of chronic IBS was entered using BAC. The reaction continued for more than 4 hours in the descending colon after which I gained nearly 4 pounds overnight. On July 12, 2022, chronic inflammation in the ascending colon was injected. I currently have other diseases related to physical and mental health as toxins have been built up in whole of my body including joints, head, and face.
11. The front part of the brain (frontal lobe) controls executive functions. The prefrontal cortex is part of the frontal lobe located just behind the forehead. It does many tasks including decision-making, language and communication, social behaviour, memory, attention and focus, and emotional regulation and responses. It works with the other brain areas to regulate fear, anxiety, and anger. The temporal lobes are primarily responsible for processing sound information, including understanding speech and sounds with background noise. The left temporal lobe plays a key role in auditory functions. Damage in this area can affect the ability to understand spoken language, speech sounds, and complex auditory signals.
12. The limbic system contains multiple parts of the brain which play a key role in regulating emotions, memory, motivation, and behavioural functions. Its key functions include controlling feelings like anger and sadness, storing and recalling emotional memories, and controlling social behaviour. The limbic system regulates heart rate, blood pressure, and hormonal levels. Problems in the limbic system can lead to a range of signs including intense mood swings like feeling extremely happy one moment and extremely sad or angry the next; persistent feelings of irritability, restlessness, or anxiety that seem disproportionate to the situation; feeling overly emotional or being unable to feel emotions at all; problems with remembering recent events or learning new information, complete or partial memory loss; inability to respond to emotional cues leading to withdrawal from social situations or relationships; phobias, shortness of breath, palpitations, or dizziness. Dysfunction in connection between the limbic system and the prefrontal cortex may result in: impulsive behaviour leading to reckless or risky decisions; inability to make well-thought-out decisions; inappropriate social behaviour such as inappropriate laughter, crying, or emotional outbursts in response to social stimuli. Physical symptoms of issues with the limbic system include palpitation, sweating, digestive problems, changes in appetite, insomnia or excessive sleepiness, increased aggression, outbursts of anger or violence, and difficulty managing frustration.
13. BAC have been used to target my brain, especially the frontal lobe, since 2020 to create issues mentioned in paras 11-12 with the focus on creating symptoms of Mania, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and auditory disorders. From 2019, BAC were used for sleep deprivation.
14. The lymphatic system is important in detoxification and fluid balance of the body. A stressed lymphatic system adds fats and slows the transport of nutrients and immune cells to the body's areas including the brain. It causes fluid retention and toxin buildup. Chronic lymphatic congestion can cause muscle atrophy and damage to organs. Toxin buildup in the brain is linked to brain fog, cognitive decline, poor concentration, emotional instability, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and difficulty thinking clearly. Chronic lymphatic congestion may lead to ADHD and sleep deprivation. The frontal lobe is particularly sensitive to oxidative stress caused by lymphatic congestion. BAC built up toxins and lymphatic congestion in my limbs, abdomen, chest, waistlines, neck, face, scalp, and brain. BAC attacks on the bone marrow in my left thigh and right elbow started in 2020.
15. The ON government used BAC to destroy my oral health to prove that I have chronic oxidative stress in my mouth and ignored teeth cleaning. I brush my teeth twice daily. Around March/April 2020, BAC broke the last tooth on the right side of the maxilla without pain or swelling. Afterward, gaps formed between teeth within a few months. In April 2022, BAC were used to break another tooth in the same pattern days before an appointment with a dentist who became a witness to my two broken teeth. The dentist removed the first broken tooth but did not educate that I could save the second broken tooth using a root canal procedure. She mentioned that oral health issues like mine developed for years when brushing teeth was ignored. The dentist advised me to visit her in 4-5 months to get the next tooth removed. BAC were used to destroy my oral health as a precondition for brain damage.
16. I started public protests in different cities in Ontario in September 2020 to get access to my original health records, highlighting the C$5,000,000 corruption scandal and the abuse of the judicial process by UW. I covered nearly 700 KM in protest walks in almost 2 years.
17. BAC attacks were conducted to irritate my mind in the presence of my children during teaching or giving them medications, in particular. My wife was the main instrument. I tried my best to make her realize that her conduct would destroy the family without knowing that she had committed adultery. I was cornered in my home due to her routine abusive attitude. I decided to file for a divorce.
18. I tried for nearly a year to find a family lawyer but to no avail. I filed a divorce application as self-represented in October 2021 and pleaded for the shared custody of my two children (a 12-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter). I did not mention that my wife committed adultery. I believed that the facts in the Application that the ON government and UW were behind the divorce and that they destroyed my career, health, and family would be enough to get custody of the children. My wife got a government lawyer in 3 days and her Answer was a defence statement in favour of UW and the ON government. She pleaded for sole custody of the children, declaring me mentally disabled.
19. After my quick financial disclosure, the next step was a case conference, which could be arranged in a month. The respondent’s lawyer (the Lawyer) proposed that the case conference be conducted after a gap of nearly 6 months. I filed an urgent motion for an early case conference hearing date as BAC attacks on my mental health increased. The judge urged to the parties to conduct the case conference on an early date but the court staff booked the case conference for January 18, 2023, nearly 15 months after the Application was filed. Staying with my wife became impossible due to the circumstances and BAC attacks. I used the Islamic Divorce option to get myself free from the wedlock and left my home and the children on October 4, 2022. I moved to Waterloo to continue the public protest and lived as a homeless person on University Ave. I used coffee shops and a local public library to prepare for the case conference. BAC attacks continued almost everywhere. I had to leave my sleeping bag in a public area to conduct protest sessions. BAC were spread in my sleeping bag. I kept visiting my children during weekends and spending time with them in Brampton where the BAC attacks and surveillance continued.
20. On December 2, 2022, my sleeping bag and winter clothing were stolen when I was away. I started spending nights in a 24/7 coffee shop in parallel to looking for a bed space. On December 15, 2022, I was moved to a small residence to live with 11 other tenants, all installed by the ON government. Remotely controlled BAC devices and cameras were installed in the unit. The tenants executed scenarios to prove I had mental health issues. They watched my cooking and portions. Some of them used street drugs. One of my roommates, who pretended to be an international student from India, was a Canadian. He used to have extreme snoring at night due to alcoholic fatty liver disease. In this environment, BAC were used to build up toxins related to street drugs and alcohol in my brain when I never consumed these items. It was part of the preparation to cover up the scandal by proving me mentally disabled in the Family Court.
21. On March 2, 2022, I wrote a letter to the Prime Minister of Pakistan to inform him about the Agency hired by the ON government (para. 5) and requested information about my health issues as diagnosed in Pakistan. The letter was copied to the Prime Minister of Canada and the Premier of Ontario. A crackdown was done on the Agency, and an investigation report (the Report) was prepared. However, my request for information was ignored. On October 25, 2022, I filed an online complaint with the Supreme Court of Pakistan for the same relief. After getting no reply, I decided to visit Pakistan to file a petition to get access to the Report. The governments of Canada and Ontario approached the Pakistan Army. In early 2022, Ms. Wendy Gilmour the High Commissioner of Canada in Pakistan met with General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of the Army Staff. She requested his help to cover up the scandal and asked for witnesses in Pakistan to prove that I had chronic metabolic disorders, impaired hearing, and brain health issues since my childhood. The governments of Canada and Ontario offered nearly one hundred million dollars in compensation. General Bajwa assigned the task to Pakistan's top intelligence agency, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). My family became the target of the most ruthless and resourceful people in Pakistan.
22. The ON government could not produce evidence to prove me mentally disabled in the Family Court. I served and filed my case conference materials on January 9, 2023. The attending parties were asked to upload the filed material on the court's web portal to inform each other about their material before the case conference judge. I uploaded mine, but the Lawyer did not upload anything. The night before the conference, I was not allowed to sleep for more than 3 hours. BAC were also injected to impair my brain's auditory functions, speech ability, and the left prefrontal cortex (paras 11-12) before the case conference.
23. The case conference started at 1:00 pm in the Brampton Courthouse and I argued first, expecting more time to talk about the false affidavit filed by the Respondent who was shedding tears in the courtroom. The Lawyer kept sitting and did not talk about the case conference materials given to me. The conference was concluded in nearly 25 minutes and the judgment was announced in the evening through an Interim Order. I was declared mentally disabled. Sole custody (sole decision-making) of the children was given to the respondent mother. There was a C$50,828 claim from my side, which was not mentioned in the Interim Order. The Family Court moved the matter to a Summary Judgment motion declaring that the trial was not required. The Respondent was privileged to bring the Summary Judgment motion at any time without consent. It took me a long time to understand that the Lawyer filed and served different case conference materials. The true case conference material had allegations of repeated acts of domestic violence and mental disability (paras. 11-14). It included sworn witnesses from the family of the landlord who lived upstairs (and fed me BAC), my in-laws in Pakistan, and possibly others to prove that I have had mental health issues. My ex-wife had been blaming me for having an affair with a Canadian female, and I was prepared to abandon the children to have another family. The ON government abused the divorce proceeding for the benefit of UW, and that was why no family lawyer helped me.
24. The Family Court discards the filed materials immediately after the case conference proceeding and no transcript is recorded. This has made the appeal process a difficult task as I do not have the true case conference material filed by my ex-wife. The Interim Order could be used as a cover to keep damaging my mental health arguing that it was pleaded in the case conference materials filed by the Respondent and acknowledged by the Family Court. I cannot act as self-represented in the lawsuit action against UW until the Family Court order is reversed. I requested the Family Court staff to send me a copy of the case conference material filed by the Respondent. They sent me the same fake material by email.
25. Access to the Report (para. 21) kept in the Office of the Prime Minister of Pakistan became more important as it is evidence to prove that the Agency was hired by the ON government in Pakistan to stop my health treatment and legal help. The Report also discusses that my in-laws and siblings were offered benefits to work against me, and my wife had a plan to file for divorce at a certain time in Canada. The Report mentions that BAC would be used to destroy my physical and mental health to push me further to my premature death. It also includes the information that I was fed with BAC in my UW office and that fats would be added to my upper body areas (especially the right side). It also mentions that my ex-wife was framed for committing adultery. The Report was a major document I could present to the courts in Canada. I reached Pakistan on January 31, 2023, after facing BAC attacks during travel.
26. ISI (para. 21) installed remotely controlled BAC devices and invisible cameras in my family home in Pakistan for my 24/7 surveillance and to evaluate my physical and mental health after BAC attacks. All my indoor and outdoor activities were monitored. ISI was assigned multiple tasks in Pakistan including making sure I did not get legal help and medical treatment; creating witnesses to prove that I had mental health issues, a sedentary lifestyle, unhygienic and unhealthy eating habits; using BAC to add more fats to the upper body areas; proving that I was untrustworthy, and a liar; using proceeding in the Supreme Court of Pakistan for the benefit of UW; using BAC to inject biological evidence in my body to prove certain chronic diseases. The main helping hand of ISI was the Provincial Police (the Police). The witnesses against me included my siblings and their children, visitors/guests, maids, and those I had to interact with in routine matters. Resources of ISI followed me almost everywhere.
27. Meanwhile, the Lawyer filed the Summary Judgment motion to finalize the Interim Order of the Family Court in Canada when I was in Pakistan (paras 23-24). I filed a cross-motion for adjournment, but the Family Court staff did not file my motion papers. The Interim Order was declared final, and child custody was given to the mother. I was declared mentally disabled in my absence. My ex-wife filed a false affidavit to pretend that I was in Canada.
28. I hired a lawyer in Pakistan to draft and file the Petition with the Supreme Court of Pakistan. I did not have enough funds to hire a full-time lawyer. As per the directions of ISI, he depleted my scarce financial resources and time. He tried to become a witness to prove that I had mental health issues. I stopped visiting him. On July 10, 2023, I filed the Petition with the Supreme Court of Pakistan under Article 184(3). Article 184(3) has extraordinary power to move the Supreme Court of Pakistan for the enforcement of Fundamental Human Rights without going to a lower court. I added other provisions including Article 9 (no person shall be deprived of life or liberty in the Country), Article 14 (the dignity of a human and privacy of home), Article 15 (freedom to remain in and move freely in the Country), and Article 19A (the right to access to information in all matters of public importance). I requested access to the Report and investigation into the conduct of ISI against me. The State of Pakistan and the Embassy of Canada in Pakistan were the Respondents. The Petition was rejected by the Registrar, and I filed an appeal from the decision in August 2023. ISI used the Court staff and executed a conspiracy to establish that I perjured the Supreme Court in the filing process. On January 15, 2024, I wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to request His Honour for an inquiry into the conspiracy. The 29-page letter contained facts and documents in support. It was posted 4 times without reply.
29. In December 2023, ISI used BAC to break two more moral teeth in nearly two weeks. I cannot properly chew food. ISI used the dentists to create evidence to prove that I had not cleaned my teeth for years and that I would lose more teeth. From January to September 2024, I lost nearly 190-210 hairs per day due to the BAC attacks. My teeth and hair loss were done to prove that toxins had built up in my head and scalp due to the chronic health issues when it was done using BAC. Later, BAC were used to create wrinkles on my face and circles around my eyes to prove I aged fast due to health issues. These were the prerequisites to destroy the brain.  
30. Believing that ISI would delay the Appeal hearing until the required work to damage my physical and mental health was complete, I started a public protest in September 2024 in the federal capital Islamabad (nearly 270 KM from my hometown) of Pakistan to request the Appeal hearing date. On November 23, 2024, I did a public protest before the National Press Club and handed over a two-page handout of the story. Nothing worked, and I returned to my hometown on December 31, 2024. I could not stay any longer due to my financial situation and started preparing to return to Canada to resume court proceedings.
31. I stayed in Islamabad for more than 3 months. ISI installed BAC devices and invisible cameras in my residential unit in Islamabad shared with other tenants, who were installed for my surveillance and to be witnesses against me. The frequency of the BAC attacks for building toxins in the neck, head, limbs, and brain remained high.
32. On January 13, 2025, I was informed that the Appeal was set for hearing on January 15, 2025. I hurried to review the documents before travelling to the Court. Hours before the hearing, I requested the Court Staff to provide me with a copy of the Reply material filed by the Respondents. I was told that no reply was filed. During the waiting period before the Appeal hearing, BAC attacks were conducted in the Court premises on my brain. The Appeal concluded in less than 5 minutes, and it was confirmed that a reply was filed without providing me a copy. The Court administration set less than 48 hours between the notice and the Appeal hearing in a matter of public importance for which I waited in Pakistan for nearly 2 years. On January 22, 2025, I applied for the Appeal Judgment as it was unavailable online. On February 3, 2025, I wrote a letter to the Court Registrar to get a copy of the Appeal Judgment, but there was no reply. On February 12, 2025, I was informed that the Appeal Judgement was made available at the Supreme Court reception on January 22, 2025. I reached the Court the next day and was given a fake judgment which mentioned that the Court dismissed the Appeal. The fact is that the Appeal was accepted, but ISI did not allow the Court staff to inform me. I was informed after the time to file the Petition expired and the original judgment was replaced with the fake judgment to close the case. This is how the governments of Canada and Ontario handled the matter of human rights by spending millions of dollars in Pakistan. ISI did that to my family for the sake of money which is widely known as a human rights violator. The Reply material, which was not served on me, and the judgment taken from the Supreme Court will be used against me in the Courts of Canada.
33. The Embassy of Canada in Islamabad formed a team of lawyers from Pakistan and Canada to steer the Appeal process. ISI and the ON government collected information about my character and conduct to prepare the Reply and witnesses to abuse the judicial process. My former colleagues, past employers, managers, landlords, research supervisors, university and hostel fellows, sports fellows, teachers, friends, and neighbours were approached to get information about my mental health, personality, professional conduct, grey hair, hygiene, lifestyle, use of drugs, sex inclination, emotional regulation, and eating habits. ISI got sworn statements from my siblings, especially sisters, against me to prove that I was a hypocrite, liar, egotistic, and narcissistic with other mental health issues. ISI worked to find out if I took drugs, alcohol, or had relationships with prostitutes or call girls, as I have worked in different countries, including the United States and Canada, and lived alone. My former female co-workers were contacted to find out if I had been in any relationship with them and mental health issues like ADHD, Mania, and emotional irregularities. One aspect of the investigations was to eradicate the conduct of the ON government and UW about framing my ex-wife into adultery. Statements from my relatives were included in the Reply to prove that I have had auditory disorders since childhood, fats on the upper body, shrunk muscles, unhealthy eating, a weak immune system, and lived in unhygienic environments. Statements about the food intake witnessed in Canada and Pakistan were included in the Reply filed with the Supreme Court. ISI collected statements from the dentists to prove that I had poor oral health and lost teeth. The team of lawyers argued that I divorced an innocent, pious, and loyal female and abandoned my two children because of mental health issues. They used the original case conference material and the Order of the Family Court of Canada as evidence in support.
34. ISI worked with a peer agency in Canada to find out whether I had links with Jihadists, religious fanatics, or terrorists. They tried to find out whether I was intolerant and rigid or overly devoted to the religion and had negative sentiments towards other sects. ISI tried to make me pass negative comments about Canada in public and private. It tried to establish that I committed fraud or made misrepresentations in the immigration process to Canada and during online purchases in Pakistan.
35. On February 20, 2025, I wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to inform His Honour how the ISI abused the judicial process at the Supreme Court of Pakistan (paras. 32-33). The letter was copied to the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Chief Justice of Ontario. There was no reply. From January 2023 to March 2025, ISI conducted more than 32500 BAC attacks on me in Pakistan. Toxins were built up in almost every part of the body, from toes to the brain. After the abuse of the judicial process at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, only the Parliament (the government) of Pakistan has power to give me access to the Report.
36. I am experiencing unexpected situation in Waterloo ON after returning to Canada on March 29, 2025. Students, families, and elderly are being used skilfully to feed me BAC to damage my physical and mental health. It seems that whole of the city is prepared to target me everywhere 24/7. I am sure they know the consequences of their actions (para. 12). Damage to my physical and mental health are evaluated regularly through different means after these attacks. I am doing protest at University Ave Waterloo to highlight UW corruption and get access to judicial system. I will start public protest in Toronto Downtown including at the Queens Park (the Legislative Assembly of Ontario) on weekends. This protest will continue until the provision of justice. The only option I am left with is to confront power corridors to secure my children.
37. The motion hearing date in the Family Court Brampton ON has been set (May 22, 2025). I will request the Court to reverse its order of declaring me mentally disabled and allow shared custody of my children. I expect to face witnesses from Canada and Pakistan. I do not have legal assistance. BAC is expected to be used to impair my hearing and brain before the motion hearing as it was done previously in Canada and Pakistan. I am actively trying to find accommodation and job in Ontario as these are important in the child-custody matter. There is no success but I am hopeful. The adversaries will try to prove that I have physical and mental health issues. If they succeed in the motion, BAC will be used to further damage my brain to a limit where I will be unable to present and understand anything in the Courts.
38. In the interest of justice, I need access to the Report (para. 21), my original health records (para. 6), and details of spending of the research funds (para. 1). All this information is in the control of the adversaries in Canada and Pakistan. After the abuse of judicial process in the Supreme Court of Pakistan (paras. 28-35), my options to seek justice in the Human Rights matter in Pakistan have exhausted. As citizen of Pakistan, I am not eligible to file a complaint with the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Geneva, Switzerland, to access the Report.
