The Ironstone Accords (Elves and Dwarves)
In this treaty the Elves and Dwarves agree to a set of similar moral laws to make each other equal in specify legal senses and recognize each other as brothers from the same gods. This is why it's okay for elves to be in dwarven prisons and vise versa. Generally each race doesn't care about their poor.
Kallisto = Name of Sun/Queen of Bears (Highbears believe they are one and the same, however she is a wild bear)
Arcas = Prefix for King of the High Bears
Azan = Prefix for Royals of the kingdom (princes/princesses are generally not used, they are all equal)
Ursa = Prefix for all other High Bears
Archduke = Suffix for Defenders of the King
Duke = Suffix for Defender of the royals
Viscount = Suffix for the Leader of Counts, often a Royal
Count = Suffix for overseers of the Barons.
Baron = Suffix for diplomat to the lower races.
*A'nu = Name for a Low Bear. Racial slur.
A'nu Lomante = Ceremony that stripes one of their Honor and also translates to "Farewell Disgraced"
Salmo = All other non high bear races. (It means Salmon)
Ursamar = Home of all High Bears
Ursazoll = The original home of the High Bears before the hatching before it was destroyed by the Froststone.

After the death of Phanto, Yvander took the Highbear Kingdom and created the Froststone so the Highbears could never return. Because of this, the Highbears no longer worship Yvander and have no access to Ice Magic. It's also important to note that Yvander did this believing that it was because of the Highbears his father died and that the highbear city allowed him to be as close as possible to his father's moon coffin.

Highbears do not do most modern work, it is left to Gnomes and Goblins who are caretakers of the bears, often in exchange for immortality. Highbears often have Highbears in all high society of most of the races that act as delegates called Barons. The one who oversees Barons are the Counts with the leader of the counts being the Viscount. Knights are warriors under the count the Viscount that protect Ursazoll. The strongest of the knights are known as Archknights. Dukes are the Knights assigned to protect the royals and the Archdukes are to protect the King.

Azan (The Bear Word for Royal, goes in front of all royal High Bears)
Arcas (The Bear Word for King, goes in front of the Kings Name)
