He still dabbles in gamedev stuff, we ran into him on another Discord server
He still is active, but he's moved on from the Rob community for sure
genuinely, I think Rob was extremely talented in a creative sense
drugs stunted his ability to get stuff done, but he's got a god comprehension for how to entertain
idk if you have kept up with Rob at all, but he did replace Nissovin with an Austrian programmer named DaniDip
who is very similar

A lot of people really didn't want to believe it until Guude came out and said it explicitly
even though there were pretty obvious videos of Rob getting high in clubs prior

There's an element of bad luck and timing that I think really bothered Rob towards the end
He would often point to the old machinima he made and say he resented never being able to recapture that level of success
But it's more that he was in the right place and new the right people since the beginning of the content creation game
and somehow he continually missed the boat and making it big, he was too early or picked wrong on a coinflip
