Generally when I see the channels move around, it's because someone is being a tard and moving them all around because they think it's funny, for one reason or another. It usually gets fixed quickly, but more often than not, the channels being moved around is some faggot trying to be a joker and pull a gaff.

The only thing that I've seen get moved with intent like that is the voices, not the text
