I'd say urealms live season 1 was the last time he had an actual content release

You can argue that up to season 2 I think
by season 3, not so much
Remember dolf, Rob takes 10 hours for 1 hour of work
He is a master of inefficiency
Also yeah, a 6 hour stream a week is a fair amount of content
that is basically the equivalent of releasing daily videos at 20-30 minutes a piece
Considering it was fully scripted
it was more work than just the stream
