Season 2 was the best in terms of actually playability

GPO was all ageless, deadlantis was RP centric, AZ had no real combat, the purge had peasant classes, gaiden had no real combat, idk the rest but they seemed non-traditional

Even in the purge, you can see just how overpowered players get as peasants

Although I think they got buffed by lucky legendary rolls

They killed lance, which was supposed to be a fight weighted against them

Season 3 gets that high on customizability alone, and for it's overall improvements to the shop system. There's a LOT really good in season 3 that can be adapted and changed pretty easily with some work.
