We have a lot of wind turbines out in West Virginia
they're cool to watch spin
I don't think they generate much power at all though
we have a lot of turbines here too
they are indeed fun to watch
I wouldn't want to live near one, and from the stats I just looked up, ours are essentially worthless
but they're neat to drive by
it's hard but funny to get green energy firms to admit that even switching to mostly green energy still needs stable dirty load plants
I also say nuclear
solar panels are "faulty" because they last 40 years, and require significant maintenance after 10
and are also dirty as hell to make
I'd love to put a solar array in my back yard
but... it makes no financial sense
even with tax breaks
I'd be more interested in getting my own personal nuclear reactor
yeah be that nuclear eagle scout with the feds busting down on you
not for energy generation purposes or anything
but I think there's a lot of short range weaponry you could stage in this area of Virginia, that would completely bypass any defenses in DC
Soviets should have hidden their nukes here instead of cuba
who needs society to validate them crying?
it's not like crying is a good thing, and if you're crying a lot something is wrong with your life
Great find Dolf
Don't worry guys @headcase80 agrees with Rob
I think crying over stupid shit is dumb
I can understand crying in instances that are actually worth crying over though
