What policies
Replying to Spooky Phijkchu #spooky.131 Kamala is a 4-year kick, Trump is a chance at something (edited)
A chance at what?
You guys don't go to public university in california, i've seen the future and it's darkness
Replying to Spooky Phijkchu #spooky.131 I really think at a certain point, we're going to squander the potential of America and the work of the 1900s that got us to this point on-top of the world and we keep kicking the can 4 years at a time, eventually it will bite us
>=)
I don't think the president makes out economy, and economically yeah it's a globalized world and all
if our systems continue to gridlock and innefficiently grind down though
we end up in a death spiral, a stall, whatever metaphor you want to use
concretely, I think nearly EVERY one of our public systems needs overhaul
education, healthcare, science/technology, transportation, energy, etc.
and I think Trump will legitimately be a chance to get movement on these entrenched systems
not a perfect system, not even an overhaul
but it's a vote against 4 years of status quo
where the most that gets done is arguing over guns and a few supreme court decisions
and no, I'm not a beleiver in "Trump is going to fix everything"
we just need someoen to shake the baby a little
and Trump; ifr for nothing else, is going to shake the fucking baby
and everyone around him will too
that's my hope
I think Musk is an autistic faggot a lot of the time
but he'll shake that baby
that's what I'm voting for, it's not a "blow it all up" vote, I'm not delusional, he's not going to fix everything
but he'll get us more movement than Kamala will
and I think that's DESPERATELY needed
