i know what it's "meant" to be but it's a foot in the door, you start with the easy targets then expand the scope. i just am against this kind of thing as well. parents should just parent their kids.

I think it's really hard (borderline impossible) to control the internet, so I'm less worried about the slippery slope here but that's the optimist in me, I don't think this needs the best intentions to be broadly good, and I think if anything this will have positive effects one-two rungs out from the massive commercial sites that are actually effected by the bill directly

I'm all for under 16 y/o's or whatever age to not be allowed on the internet period. I'd use a magic wand to make all the millenial parents act like parents and actually stop their kids from being harassed on roblox and bullied on facebook
