Ryujinx did things right and wasn't an ebegging Patreon scam like Yuzu
and imo he likely achieved what he originally set out to do, I think taking Nintendo money to fuck off is a good outcome

I still think most games will be cross-switch 1 and switch 2
idk why they wouldn't, given how the Switch already dynamically scales everything
and the Switch2 architecture is all the same
Switch 1 games will run better on emulator still anyway
and I think Nintendo buying themselves a ~1 year delay before a new emulator is able to gather steam and get to the point where they include w/e Switch 2 features are missing
is kinda all they can do at this point
(that and DMCAing essentially all of YouTube)
