and just being genuinely, AGRESSIVELY in-your-face and obnoxious
They kind of lost the fight by being so annoying that normal people started getting annoyed at them
if they stuck to the handful of things most people wouldn't care to argue about, they would've been fine
Emulators and speedrunning are the only two places they have left I feel like
they've been driven from just about everywhere else
Both require hyper specific types of autism they are suited for
I honestly feel like it's also a bit of a scapegoat to step away
