Never noticed, but I don't think I played too many ds games on my 3ds
Replying to Phijkchu_Pikachu #klombak I like the Wii U
WiiU is one of the only Nintendo consoles I literally did not use, but maybe it was more due to me doing other things at the time
since I would have already finished/ felt satisfied with them by the time the 3ds was out, and I do not replay most games
I mean, its diminishing returns, its a tiny ass screen so its less noticable then on a huge screen I think

I don't think Rahcel from friends is the same archetype
although it has been a while since I have seen friends
I find "hard" pokemon tends to have a fairly low ceiling anyway, so it's usually still enjoyable if they put in any effort to make it more than just chaining back-to-back battles
versus fanmade Fire Emblem SRPGs which just smash your balls from the get-go
