I tried NTE (which is VERY WuWa coded)

and its... not very good... at all

it's the least original gacha since Tower of Fantasy or w/e that one was called

NTE is just WuWa x ZZZ

but without any soul

this is one of my favorite area bgm's for wuwa

i'm also trying out NTE, i'm not disliking it as much as spooky did but it's not lile super good either

yeah, I was too hyperbolic

it's not bad, it just feels VERY corporate "let's just copy existing popular gacha and do very little that's new"

and I think their aesthetic is good, that sorta Control vibe

but they sand off the edges and apply this smoothing to everything, that makes it look really flat

especially attacks/combat

would look better either completely stylized (ZZZ) or sharpened and flashy (WuWa)

God I love WuWa music

They chose to make their game lore/aesthetic all tie back to music, which is ballsy

and their OST 100% pays it off

if there's one thing i can count on with every wuwa patch, it's good music
