If the switches and bulbs are completely random, I don't really see how this is possible?
There's only four options here, since you can only enter the bulb room once: Hit 0 switches, hit 1 switch, hit 2 switches, hit all 3 switches, then check which bulbs are on, but obviously none of those options guarantee you the ability to tell which corresponds perfectly.

Replying to TinyBomby #tinybomby If you hit 2 switches, you can tell the switch you didn't hit corresponds to the one that's off obviously, and maybe you can just hope that in the bulb room, there's some tell for which of the 2 switches corresponds to which bulb?
before going to the bulb room turn one of the 2 bulbs you switched on back off
